A restaurant born around a table.
Maison Olive began as Sunday dinners for friends in a small Berlin apartment. The chairs never matched, the wine was always open, and everyone stayed too late.
That feeling still guides us today: serious care in the kitchen, no ceremony in the dining room.
Our approach

We work closely with small farms, fishers and makers. The seasons set the pace; preservation lets us carry their best moments forward.
